Quilt-a-thon

September’s meeting was an overnight Quilt-a-thon at Blue Mountain Cabin, just a few minutes north of Blanding.  We had 28 attendees at one time or another.

Two classes were taught.  Norma Madden taught the Pioneer Braid and Crystal Day, owner of It’s Sew Moab, taught the Stain Glass Class.  The rest of the time, we sewed, sewed, and sewed!

There was lots and lots of food, and most of it healthy!  Lou Mueller and Gloria Eberly, of USU Extension provided the main course of our dinner meal.  Grayson Country Quilters and USU Extension partner together on occasion.

As a picture is worth a thousand words, we’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.  What a wonderful 24 hours we had sewing to our hearts content!
